Top tips to make the most out of your bath time

We all need some time to ourselves at the moment. The stresses of being at home, with family, on regular work calls or the constant news updates, you might be hard to find a quiet place to escape to. Why not try something as simple as a bath?  
 
In times of stress or anxiety, sometimes a spa retreat to your bathroom can be the best remedy. We have come up with some top tips to help you relax and unwind in your own space. 
 

Atmosphere

 
The lighting of a scented candle will help soothe your mind into a state of relaxation. Bubbles

Its common knowledge that the blue light that emits from the screen combined with the stimulation from information in the emails and posts that you read can cause your mind to race and lead to a night of restless and unfulfilled sleep or relaxation. Remove the temptation and delve into a good book instead. Let your mind escape to a different world for a while...
