COVID-19 Delivery Update

During these unprecedented times, Royal Mail is receiving a huge surge in deliveries. We understand that Royal Mail are doing everything possible to deliver your order on time, however, we know that Royal Mail are experiencing delays in some parts of the country. 
Please note, that if you have a Royal Mail tracking number (in your confirmation email), your order has been dispatched from Bramley and it's on it's way. When sending an order by first or second class, the Royal Mail do not provide any additional insight to where your parcel is until a delivery has been attempted or your order has been delivered. 
If a message comes up saying- An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item - this means that the postmen have the parcel but just haven’t been able to deliver it yet, most likely due to the backlog and limited staff they have. We have no doubt it will be with you soon and we apologise if it has taken longer to reach you than normal.

UK Delivery

All UK orders under £60 are subject to a delivery charge. UK Orders are delivered via Royal Mail. You can choose 1st class at £4.95 or 2nd class at £2.95 (unless a promotion is running). FREE UK delivery is applied for orders of £60 or more.

International Delivery

International deliveries are subject to a delivery charge as follows
Europe – £20.00
USA and Canada – £25.00
All other countries – £30.00

 We hope that you are happy with your order but if for any reason you are not, please notify us of your intent to return the goods by email to Items must be unused and in a perfect re-saleable condition, accompanied by a valid order reference. If you are returning goods simply because they are unwanted or no longer required, you will be responsible for the cost of returning them. 


You may return your order at any time up to and including 7 days from the date of delivery. 


(Please note any unwanted products cannot be returned after 7 days.)

Distance Selling Regulations

Under the EU's Distance Selling Regulations, customers located in the European Union are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period i.e. the right to cancel the contract of purchase. Notification of the cancellation must be received in writing within 14 working days; starting from the day after the goods are received. These regulations dictate that we will refund the cost of the item(s) ordered and, in addition to this, the original despatch charge. Bramley Products are not liable to cover costs of returning the goods.

Discounts and Offers 

Orders which have qualified for a free gift with a purchase and where all or part of the order is being returned for a refund then the free gift must also be returned in order for the credit to be processed.

Where an order has qualified for a discount to be applied to a product this discount shall no longer apply if upon returning part of the order the resulting value is below the threshold for the discount to apply. This also applies to free delivery offers. The discounted products must therefore either be returned or they shall be charged at the full retail price. This excludes faulty or damaged returns when the product is being replaced.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery). Please ensure returned goods are stored safely as we will not be responsible for goods that are damaged whilst in your care.

Arranging a refund

Once we receive your returned good or goods a refund, if appropriate, a refund will be issued for the full value of your purchases. This will be charged back as a credit to the card used for the original purchase.

Defects, Incomplete Orders or Incorrect Delivery

If you are returning goods due to defects, incomplete orders or incorrect delivery, we will refund you both the price you paid for the goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) and the recorded delivery costs for the return package from the original delivery address to our address as above. Please obtain a receipt from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.
