We are a growing small independent company selling natural bath and body products direct to customers and hotels/restaurants. The range (which continues to grow) is inspired by the beauty and therapeutic properties of plants and a love of the countryside.
We are recruiting for a Customer Service & Sales Support role. Looking for someone to help deliver the excellent service that we’re known for. We want this person to not just help improve our brand performance and efficiency, but they’re the first contact that our customers will have with Bramley so we are looking for someone with a helpful personality, who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experience.
Previous customer service experience is helpful but not essential, what we are really interested in is someone who can hold a conversation and has a genuine passion for going above and beyond for customers – everything else, we can teach you!
As we look to grow the business, we would also like this person to work alongside our Sales team, supporting with new and ongoing projects.
Within this role you will:
Answer the phone and respond to emails from customers, whether those that have ordered goods on our consumer website or wholesale (hotels, restaurants and shops).
Dealing with all enquiries efficiently and with that ‘something extra’ in line with our brand values.
Accessing our ordering system to process orders, check on deliveries and order information.
Compiling & updating reports on Excel.
Liaising with the warehouse team & logistics support company to correct any errors.
Admin duties to support the Sales team.
Researching prospective customers to assist the Sales team.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills enabling you to engage in effective conversations, build strong connections and show empathy to our customers.
Delightful on the phone and on email.
Calm natured and comfortable with tricky customers.
Comfortable using a computerised stock system, Shopify and with Microsoft Office applications.

Salary: £25,500 per annum (40 hours per week)
We are looking for a hardworking, passionate staff member to join our team.
Duties involve:
· Packing orders For Wholesale and Mail order. (This can sometimes involve heavy lifting)
· Picking orders from storage and packing into boxes
· Checking for damaged or missing items and then sorting stock for storage in the warehouse.
· Packing our beautiful gift sets
· Assisting with deliveries and collections
· Control warehouse use and tidiness
· General warehouse duties as directed by the Warehouse Manager
Requirements
· Due to the physical nature of the Job, the ability to lift up to 25kg is required.
· Able bodied, fit, and healthy
· Able to work on own initiative and part of a team
· Be professional, courteous, and presentable
· Positive can-do attitude
· Pride in work
· Good attention to detail and administration skills, working with our dispatch system.
· Excellent reading, and oral proficiency in the English language
· Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks

Bramley has been going for 15 years and is found in boutique hotels throughout the UK. Now, we’re opening (in late October) our very first shop in the beautiful city of Bath to showcase our beloved brand – and we’d love you to be part of it!
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Retail Manager to lead the way in our new store.
Here’s what you’ll be doing day to day:
Running the shop and making sure every customer has a wonderful experience.
Showcasing our products with beautiful displays and thoughtful merchandising.
Driving sales and sharing your passion for Bramley with our customers.
Working with Bramley HQ on promotions, evening events (of which there will be many) , and stock.
Bringing our values to life – especially around sustainability, refills, and educating customers about what makes Bramley special.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Previous experience managing in a retail environment (ideally in beauty, lifestyle, or boutique stores).
A genuine passion for natural products, wellbeing, and sustainability.
Brilliant people skills – you love inspiring, and delighting customers.
Great organisational and communication skills (you will need to promote events)
A keen eye for detail when it comes to creating an inviting store environment.
The confidence to thrive in a growing, hands-on business.
A willingness to work most weekends

Salary: £30,000 per annum (40 hours per week) + bonus
