If you’re shopping on our website, make sure you’re logged into your account before you complete your purchase. Once you’ve submitted your order, your points will be automatically added to your account.

You'll earn points on all products apart from e-gift cards.

Points are valid for 6 months after purchase and will expire if no other purchases are made after this time. You will receive reminders when your points are close to expiring so you don't miss out.
When you place another order or earn more points through other activities, such as leaving us a product review, all points are valid for another 6 months.

You can sign up, view your points balance, and redeem rewards by signing into your Bramley account and going to the 'Petal Perks' button in the bottom left of our website. Just make sure to log into your account with the same email address you used when placing an online order or signing up in-store.

When you have enough points for a reward you will be able to 'Claim' the reward in your 'Petal Perks' pop-up. Once claimed, you will receive a unique code. If your reward is a free product you will need to add this to your basket. The code may be applied automatically at checkout but if not simply add it into the discount box where the cost will be deducted. If unused the reward will expire after 6 months but don't worry, we'll send you an email to remind you so you don't miss out.
