My boys are 9 and 12 now and I still spritz this lovely spray over their beds and around their room at bedtime every evening, just as I have done since I first discovered it several years ago. It has a lovely calming scent that helps them drift off to sleep in no time after a busy day. The bottle is so beautiful too. I tried various different sleep sprays previously before finding this one, but this is the one I have stuck with ever since! We love it!
