OUR ENVIRONMENT

Nature has always been at the forefront of our minds, given the wonderful botanicals that are key to all of our products, and we aim to leave as little impact on the natural world as we possibly can. As a result, our sustainable ethos runs throughout everything that we do.

All of our packaging has been carefully considered to ensure that it not only looks beautiful but is 100% recyclable. We offer glass or aluminium packaging where suitable, and where plastic is used, it is biopolymer - meaning sugarcane is used in the manufacturing process rather than fossil fuels. By the end of the year we intend to be using 50% post-consumer recycled plastic.

We are proud to have pioneered the introduction of refillable products into the hospitality industry many years ago, which led the way for many of our customers to do the same. We offer refill options across nearly all of our home, skin and body care products, including our innovative biodegradable refill pouches.

For larger containers, we also offer a comprehensive recycling scheme. If you have empty 5l or 20l containers, please send them back to us at Bramley HQ where we work with a local company to recycle them into garden furniture and other items.

We don’t put anything in our products that mother nature wouldn’t approve of. Our products are free from harmful ingredients – we never use synthetic colours, fragrances, parabens, petrochemicals, silicones or sulphates.

From our pure essential oils to our science-led complexes, all of the ingredients in our formulations are naturally derived, biodegradable and marine-life friendly, so are safe to be washed into rivers and oceans.

Our products are certified by The Vegan Society and the Leaping Bunny cruelty free programme.

We are a proudly British company. The Bramley range was created and remains here in Wiltshire, England, surrounded by the nature that inspires us.

We are long-standing supporters of Plantlife, a charity that works to protect and restore wild plants and flowers and connect people to nature. Protecting a variety of plant species leads to a world full of colour and beauty, while crucially allowing the plants and the animals which depend on them to thrive.

We donate 1% of the sale of every full-size Bath, Body and
Home product to Plantlife’s important work. To date we have donated £5,000 to their cause.

We are constantly striving to lower our carbon footprint but have recently acclerated this and are now undertaking a programme to become carbon neutral within the year.
