If you have topped up your diffuser with a refill and the reeds are completely saturated, or if they are no longer giving off much scent, they may be clogged with dust or no longer able to absorb the fragrance. The best thing to do is to replace them with new reeds to allow the fragrance to diffuse again.

We suggest you do this after your first refill has finished, so roughly every 3 months per set of reeds.

Each reed is 24cm long and this bundle contains 6 rattan reeds.
