You might find a label that’s slightly misaligned, a box that’s been scuffed in transit, or the occasional unboxed product. What you won’t find is anything unused, unloved or below our standards.
We’ve created these mystery boxes as a way to reduce waste and give these products a proper home, rather than seeing them go to waste. It’s a more mindful way to shop, with the added pleasure of a little surprise.
