Frequently Asked Questions
Both of these products have a similar job, which is to help keep your skin moisturised. The main difference is that body balms contain more oil making it often better for very dry, cracked or sensitive skin. Body cream has a higher water content making them ideal for normal or oily skin types. These absorb quicker than body balms.
You can use your Body Balm each day.
Body Balms are extremely hydrating while serving as a protective barrier for your skin. It will absorb fairly quickly compared to body oil for example, but remember a little goes a long way. Just allow a little more time for all the goodness to be absorbed and you'll be left with a beautifully subtle glowing sheen to your skin.
We recommend using your body balm in the evening, preferably after a bath or shower, whilst your skin is still damp, for maximum absorbency. However, you can apply this in the daytime but you will only need a small amount and allow time for it to soak in, especially if you want to apply suncream.
Balms are intensely nourishing and hydrating and can help to rejuvenate and heal very dry and rough areas, revealing super soft and smooth skin.
