Building a nourishing body care routine is key if you want to achieve hydrated, glowing skin this summer. That's why we have created a simple 3-step guide so you can build your own using some of your Bramley favourites! 
 

Cleanse, Exfoliate & Moisturise

  

Step 1: Cleanse

  
 
Every morning you jump in the shower to wash away the sleep in your eyes and it’s important that we wake you up gently. That’s why we have added gentle sweet orange into our shower gel and invigorating grapefruit to get just the right balance. Lather up that loofah and gently cleanse away daily dirt with our Body Wash. This uplifting cleanser will leave your skin hydrated and feeling fresh. 
 

Step 2: Exfoliate

 
 
Many of us exfoliate our faces, but our bodies need a little love too! Use our Exfoliating Body Scrub once or twice a week for silky smooth skin. With walnut shell and vibrant cranberry seed that gently buff your skin and, together with the essential oils, makes this scrub the perfect addition to your routine.
 

Step 3: Moisturise 

 
 
Finish up your body routine with our ultra-nourishing Body Lotion to lock in hydration and leave your skin glowing. There’s nothing more annoying than having to wait ages before you can get dressed after you’ve put on your body lotion. This cream contains juniper berry and bergamot essential oils, which work together to get the blood circulating, exactly what you need to tone and revitalise your skin.
  

Top Tip!

 

Our Hydrea Dry Skin Body Brush is a daily essential for the removal of toxins by encouraging lymphatic drainage. Regular brushing can help prevent cellulite build-up and exfoliate away dead skin cells leaving skin healthy. Dry brushing is best carried out before a shower or bath.
